A New Tomorrow

Tomorrow is always new, isn’t it?

N. Chaney

Of a new age
A different time
A brand new tomorrow
Of sound peace of mind
We join hands interconnected through barriers
Across party lines and racial divides
Not as African American or Caucasian
Native American, Asian, Hispanic,
Japanese, Filipino, Caribbean,
Not as Christians nor Catholics,
Neither Muslims nor Jews
But once and for all
As A United Nation
As Americans
Heads held high
Let us go forward into a day where dreams are turned into reality
From sea to shining sea riches amount to more than materialistic gains
And faith even as a mustard seed is strong enough to move a mountain
Let us reach from roof tops to valley lows and whisper through winds that hope is still alive
From the Pacific to the Atlantic embracing the Gulf
Let us build up as we set an example of the American Dream

Cold Flame….

Burning stuff

Late Night Poets

By: Phaeties~

The cold flame of your heart
Is outlined by the lunar scape of moon light
Dreams fall prey, to the wanderings of imagination
Blooming in a raven river of possibilities
Seeping out in the waterfall of my love
Given by the touch, of a delicate hand
Heaven’s passion burns deep and blue
So cold and true, through ever y filiment of you
 Murmurous rainbows fly so close
Yet are hidden by the pearlescent clouds of disbelief
How could such a helpless seduction
Bring one, with an unheard call ?
 Iridescent footsteps lead the way
 Through the maze of musings
Ere to end, near the center of being
The kingdom of sweet lancing romace
Where ever, souls deem to thrive and dance

– sweetly in rings of fire:-

Beautiful Lies

This is good

Equal Grief

Remnants of the man I was
Misplaced trust she’s scandalous
Fell heart first her eyes disguised
The web she spun of careful lies
Intricate and so sublime
Whispered words still in my mind
Lingered long after she took
The best of me a crafty crook
My better half has broken me
I let her have what’s most to me
